Mimir Emerging Artists

The Mimir Chamber Music Festival was founded in 1998 at the TCU School of Music. Its dual mission is to provide public performances for Fort Worth audiences of the highest artistic level and to offer an educational opportunity for young aspiring musicians of an equally high level.

Mimir's Emerging Artists Quartet Residency is now accepting applications from pre-formed groups for the opportunity to receive intensive coaching with Mimir faculty and to present two full-length performances during the festival. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and sponsors, tuition and housing will be underwritten.

Applications for 2017 are now closed. We will post the application for 2018 after the Mimir season is over, please check with us then if you are interested in applying for 2018
