Andres Robuschi

J. Andrés Robuschi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the age of six, he started playing violin as a Suzuki pupil of Maestro Claudio Medina. He continued his studies in his native country with Maestros Luis Roggero and Pablo Saraví. In 2012 he became a member of the Orquesta Estudiantil de Buenos Aires, with which he debuted as a soloist the following year.

Andres participated in the 10th edition of the Santa Catarina Music Festival, Brazil, held in 2015. He was a scholarship holder of the Deutschlandstipendium (German Scholarship) and additional scholarships of the Scholarship Fund of the Mozarteum Argentino. Since 2016 he has been a member of the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional Argentina on numerous occasions. In 2018 he was part of the European Tour of The Orchestra of the Americas. In 2019 he received his degree as Orchestra Musician from the Instituto Superior de Arte del Teatro Colón, and in 2022, Andrés received his Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance from the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt, Germany after studying with Maestros Markus Däunert and Guillaume Faraut. He is now pursuing a Master’s degree in performance at DePaul University with Professor Janet Sung.
