David Pham

David Pham is the pianist for the Houston-based Iris Trio. He is currently in the final year of his undergraduate degree at the University of Houston, where he studies with Timothy Hester. A Houston native, he wishes to perform outside his home city and share his music with those whom he would not have met in Houston. Outside of his life in music, he enjoys learning about foreign cultures and their lifestyles. In the future, he hopes to pursue a graduate degree in a foreign country to experience an unfamiliar culture. He wishes to learn to play classical guitar music and to cook new traditional Vietnamese recipes.
