Solaria Quartet

Luke, Maynie, and Zach are all undergraduates at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and perform with Quartet Biolina while at school.

The quartet, formed in 2017, performs regularly each semester and is coached by Parry Karp, cellist of the Pro Arte Quartet. In addition to playing in the string quartet, they each perform in the University of Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra. All three members pursue other academics in addition to rigorous musical studies, being serious believers in interdisciplinary learning, and have all received various scholarships to the university.

These three Wisconsiners are excited to collaborate with TCU pianist Syuzanna Kaszo as part of the Solaria Quartet at the Mimir Festival.
