Zhu En Li

Zhu En LiZhu En Li is a third year student doing bachelor of music at the University of Melbourne. He started learning the Cello under his father’s tutelage at the tender age of 4 and by 10 years old, he achieved high distinction for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) grade 8 cello examinations. Zhu En was the Principal cellist for the Singapore National Youth Orchestra which toured in Milan and Florence of Italy. He was the youngest musician to be granted a full scholarship to study at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music at 13 years old. Currently, he is the Principal cellist of the MCM orchestra and performed with various string quartets and piano trios during his three years of study at the conservatorium.
