Carina Vincenti, Violin

Carina Vincenti, from Bothell, Washington, is a junior enrolled in the bachelor’s program at the Cleveland Institute of Music as a student of Jaime Laredo. She began her violin studies at age 7 with Jan Coleman, continuing with the late Kent Coleman, and Simon James of the Seattle Symphony. Carina has soloed with the Seattle Symphony, Philharmonia Northwest, Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra as well as other orchestras in the northwest. In 2012, Carina was a finalist of the Stulberg International String Competition. She has participated in master classes and lessons given by James Ehnes, Leonidas Kavakos, Ida Kavafian, Brian Lewis, James Buswell among others.
